I started to study and make 3D printed mask from February 2020 due to shortage of surgical masks in Hong Kong after outbreak of Covid-19 or Wuhan coronavirus. Many of people are concern that PLA can be porous by printing the masks with FDM 3D printers. It would be favour for bacteria and virus and there is no figure to prove that this kind of FDM made mask is suitable for users from preventing droplets with virus.
I finally have an idea by putting a piece of packing bag or plastic bag cover on the 3D printed mask and hope the plastic material would prevent the droplets entering the holes of uneven printed layers or cracked layers which are very hard to be distinguished by human eye.
The plastic cover would also provide a personalized mask as users can use different type of cover by their own favour.
I provide the template which is fit for 100% Montana Mask. You just need to print the Montana Mask, cut the template to make the cover. It only take you within 10 minutes by follow the steps in below video.

I also setup a facebook group. You are welcome to join and share your masks.
