As coronavirus crisis continues, is 3D printing having its moment?

The coronavirus pandemic has put a strain on the country’s medical supply chain leading the tech world to step up and provide quick solutions through 3D printing. Scores of companies, volunteer organizations, and tech-focused collectives have been nimbly designing schematics for anyone to print up items like ventilator parts and PPE equipment like masks. These designs could prove to be vital as the health crisis in the US begins its second month.
