This is a simple gauge for posts and holes perpendicular to the print plane, and holes parallel to the print plane. Very useful for:
- Determining the right size for self-tapping screws
- Calibrating your 3D printer
- Determining the correct tolerances for clearance, transition and interference fits
I recommend printing at 100% infill if you are trying out screws, or print with the same settings as the model you want to try them on.
