(mostly) vacuum formed FP2 mask
Motivations:
- faster production than 3D printing
- possibility of using a flexible material favoring the adaptation to different face shapes for sealing.
- vacuum former are easy to diy in fablabs or at home: https://www.instructables.com/id/Another-DIY-Vacuum-Former/

Instructions :
- 2 shells are vacuum formed on 3d printed molds.
- Holes are cut in the flat surfaces of the two shells to allow air to pass through.
- A filter is inserted between the two (now perforated) flat surfaces
- The two shells are assembled according to a method to be determined (bonding, friction, elastics on the outer shell to maintain the pressure?)
- Holes are drilled to fix two elastics which will pass behind the head.
