Instructions :

  • 2 shells are vacuum formed on 3d printed molds.
  • Holes are cut in the flat surfaces of the two shells to allow air to pass through.
  • A filter is inserted between the two (now perforated) flat surfaces
  • The two shells are assembled according to a method to be determined (bonding, friction, elastics on the outer shell to maintain the pressure?)
  • Holes are drilled to fix two elastics which will pass behind the head.
