The case was designed to be fully 3d printed. Honeycomb pattern is added to reduce weight and filament usage, improve rigidity and help airflow.
The RD6006 module snaps in place with four side clips. Inside the unit there is place to mount MeanWell LRS-150 power supply sideways (for example 150-36V), standard IEC C14 3 Pin Chassis Panel Mount Plug and 240V Rocker Switch.
3d printed sleeves are added to keep wires from being exposed, but it is good to add heat-shrink tubing.
To ensure proper airflow you need to glue >0.5cm feet to the bottom of the unit. Consider mounting low noise dc-fan at the top of the power supply.
Printing time : 10 hours 0.3mm layer height.
Supports: only for IEC connector (above printbed).
