This part is an improved cable chain for Geeetech Prusa I3 Aluminium 3D printer.
There is no additional screw needed. Just print and mount with the existing screws .

You need the cable chain and the lid from this source https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2169422.
It is an improved version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3513565 and works well with the fan holder in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2345881.
You need to move the fan, but that is a real benefit for the printing quality. It was my best decision.
