This newly designed mount gets rid of all the problems in the original sidewinder mount provided by E3D. The improved features :
•More compact design, prints in two parts instead of 3
•PCB is closer to the extruder, relieving the strain on the already short wires
•Ribbon cable is slightly raised over the E3D included mount
What you need:
•The screws from the stock extruder included with the Sidewinder
•Screws included with the Hemera
•x2 M3 x 8mm screws
Different Versions-
V.1- Bl Touch and no nozzle offset needed
V.2- Without Bl Touch and no offset needed
V.3- Without Bl Touch or supports needed on print, but will need offset adjustment in firmware for the nozzle
BL Touch XY Offsets
•X: -3
•Y: +27

This version has lower nozzles and centered in the middle so this should offer better flow. A 200mm bridge test was done by my friend and there was only a slight sag, I attached a picture.
Printing Tips: Print in PETG or ABS, Do supports as pictured if you think you can remove them, or print without supports. The inside will sag a little so turn up your part cooling. Orient as pictured. Layer height as detailed as you want, and infill at least 10%.
Hardware: Mounting the fan to the mount will require (3) M3x25 bolts and (3) M3 Nuts. Mounting the plate to Hemera will require (3) M3x5. You will need to extend your stock fan wire to use the cooler. For the cover, you’ll need (2) M3x12.
Hardware:
Duct to Mount
(3) M3 x 25
(3) M3 Hex Nut
Mount to Hemera
(3) M3 x 5
Cover to PCB
(2) M3x12
(2) M3 Hex Nut
