There are many 3D printed puzzle maps in Thingiverse, but there is none for Hong Kong. So I am making one. This is the very first 3D print model I ever created. I am still learning the art of 3D printing. Stay tuned for version 2.0
I started with googling a svg file of Hong Kong map. Then I imported the file into Inkscape to clean up the lines and color the pieces. Pieces of different colors are grouped and saved into different svg files. The svg files of the colored pieces are converted to STL using OpenSCAD.
