Dear good people of Reddit,
Some f dickhead sold me a “working” Sapphie RX590 OC SE (the blue one), but it has stupid mining bios and crashes at any load, even ancient games won’t run. I am pretty sure it’s a mining bios because the voltage-frequency map is really weird (frequency goes up and the voltage goes down) and it doesn’t change when flipping the OC switch. I haven’t compared the checksums yet (assuming that I can even find the original bios). It looks like that:
OD_SCLK: 0: 300MHz 750mV 1: 909MHz 837mV 2: 1134MHz 1018mV 3: 1266MHz 1168mV 4: 1365MHz 1150mV 5: 1432MHz 1150mV 6: 1490MHz 1150mV 7: 1545MHz 1150mV OD_MCLK: 0: 400MHz 750mV 1: 1000MHz 900mV 2: 2000MHz 950mV
Can someone provide me with the default setting, so I can try to change it and see whether it’s stable before risking and trying to flash the card? Thx.
PS.: I already did the repaste using high-quality industrial thermopaste.
