Penn State GIS Programming and Web Map Development Timeline for a full-time worker – March 12, 2023 at 12:08PM

Hi everyone, I’m a GIS Technician hoping to eventually apply for my job’s GIS Developer or Analyst roles. I have a very basic level of python knowledge and was thinking Penn State’s programming and web development certification program could help me get to the level I’m trying to get to. As a full-time worker, I’m trying to avoid being overwhelmed with school work. For those that have completed the program I have a few questions:

1) How many courses did you take at a time, and how many courses would you recommend people take at once?

2) How long was each course? Did you have to complete all 5 courses by a certain date?
