In the latest episode of The Mandalorian, Pelli sells Din R5-D4, an astromech droid that she claims was built for adventure. Not that it should come as any surprise, but she one hundred percent cheated him out of a better option. No shade to R5, I love him, but Pelli is in possession of a droid that literally is built for adventure! BD-72 was a BD unit that was made for exploration! They were manufactured to help explorers in remote and dangerous locations, just like Mandalore. The video game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gave us our first BD unit, BD-1, who helped Cal Kestis explore the ruins of old civilizations…just like Mandalore! Again, this isn’t a surprise. Pelli isn’t trustworthy. And also I can’t blame her for wanting to keep BD-72. I certainly wouldn’t give mine up!
