Ubers map is broken and charging me 70% more on my trips, support won’t help, what can I do? – February 25, 2023 at 10:55PM

Uber thinks the highway in front of my job just stops for 200ft then resumes, it causes it to route a long and circuitous route for my price, and as it’s my only means to work currently, a 70% price hike is really hurting me, I’ve contacted support and received 1 canned response every 30+ hours for 10 days now – is there anything I can do to work on getting this resolved? I have a screenshot of the map and if anyone would look at it they can instantly tell it’s garbled, I’ve sent it to support but as yet they haven’t even acknowledged it
