Update, Map Changing Games and a note on meme trends – October 23, 2022 at 03:53PM

After consideration, we will not be removing map changing games, although we will make note on the sidebar to consider posting in r/removeonethingeachday for those posts.

This comes with an understanding of similar frustrations of the infamous “dogshit stain maps” that plagued new for several weeks. These eventually went out of style and were taken out back and buried alive in an unmarked grave enjoyed a lovely retirement in a cottage in Vermont.

We will continue to see meme trends rise and fall, so while you might get annoyed for a bit, do know that everything has it’s time. I try to take a more hands off approach to moderating as this sub is built on a chaotic-anarchy energy that we all come here for.

That said, we still encourage you to report posts that you feel are in violation of reddit’s rules or not in the good nature of this sub. We all come here to have fun, and we rely on you to help us keep it that way.
