Seat map unavailable – October 3, 2022 at 01:52PM

My spouse and I are traveling in November. BNA -> DFW -> AKL. And back the same way. Ever since we bought the tickets, it’s been showing “seat map unavailable” and “check back later”. I keep checking, and now we’re nearly within a month of our travel date. It did let me choose seats when I changed our returning flight to different day, but it says the same thing about unavailable if I view them now. It does have seats for each of us listed on each flight, but I can’t even view the map of where they are, let alone change them or opt to upgrade. Any thoughts? Anyone experienced this?
