Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced on twitter Tuesday that he was ending his congressional bid for New York District 10, saying it was clear voters were “looking for another option.” “I am also recognizing that I made mistakes,” he added. “I want to do better in the future, I want to learn from those mistakes… it’s been a humbling experience, at times.”
