Magnifying Glass Projection Map – July 16, 2022 at 03:26PM

At the UC, I spoke with Esri’s coordinate systems team, as I want to make a map with a magnifying glass effect

But they let me know that this wasn’t possible in ArcPro currently, so do yall have any idea how I could create a map based on the linked projections? Hopefully with some general basemap layers?

Mostly for a personal art project, but also so I could give my friends good housewarming gifts or what have you.
