I created kind of a mini grinder usable by hand with wich you can grind what ever you want. For e.g. metal, wood and either 3D printed stuff.
The grinder is made out of 4 components. It`s based on a sandwich method with two layers wich get pressed onto each other. between these layers you see a small lever you can push in to ways. by pushing it back the round part in front of the two layers gets pressed to the front so that the sandpaper gets stressed. By pushing the lever in the other direction you can easily change the sandpaper or turn the used spot.
The sandpaper needs to have a scope of 305mm and a width of 40mm so that the tension is good. Here is a link where you could buy them:
Before you get to wonder that I uploaded 5 files. The lever in the middle is in two versions available. the first is completely out of filament. Because it can come to a lot of tension I decided to create another version in wich the cylinder is replaced to a hole in wich you easily can put a metal one wich is much stronger.
The dimensions are: Scope: 8mm High: 32mm
If you have any questions feel free to write me a comment. If you need other dimensions for example for other sandpaper I`m able to create a new version for that.
