Need Help installing “arcgis api for python” using docker on Linux so tha tit will work with my existing configuration of Jupyter.

I am having trouble using a pip3 install of Arcgis. I already have Jupyter and many other software programs running on my system, but there si something wrong with the configuration and I can’t get arcgis to work… (Budget: $15 – $25 USD, Jobs: Docker, Geographical Information System (GIS), Geospatial, Linux, Python)
