Pencil Holder

The purpose of my tinker-cad project was to provide a space where writing utensils can be organized in a place where they also can be displayed. I found this object important because this way, you can see all writing utensils you may need at once while providing a creative container for them.

The biggest problem I faced while creating this item was creating the invisible holes spread throughout the base of the pencil holder.

If I could redesign this, I would add more detail to it and focus on details in the project. This was my first time using this software, so with no prior experience, I made a simple project.

3D printing can help strengthen my design skills because it forces me to work with a digital medium, something I’ve never put my main focus on.
