I need an app which I’ll be able to draw a polygon on a map, from that the app will calculate that area, and than it will calculate the mean value from the pixels extracted from a grid/raster layer hosted on a map sever (i.e… (Budget: $250 – $750 USD, Jobs: Android, Cartography & Maps, Geographical Information System (GIS), Google Maps API, Mobile App Development)
