This is a remix of ReBorne’s https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2754504 – Laser Mount.
I redesigned it by creating a cut out for the filament feed tube, as well as for a better fit around the extruder carriage. Added some thickness for rigidity and support. I also had to modify it to fit my 30x30mm laser and add a vertical support to allow for screws to add stability. This can stay on the printer head while 3D printing if you want, you just have to unplug it from the motherboard. I printed mine on the Anycubic Photon for the precision factor but I also redesigned it to allow a little bit of movement of the laser via the screw holes. This allows the laser to be shifted to the front or the back to make sure that it goes directly through the rollers. It used the existing extruder carriage bolt to mount it to the carriage and two additional bolts for attaching the laser.
