Front knuckle/steering spindle for a variety of Tamiya 4WD offroad buggies, starting with the Hot Shot/Boomerang/Supershot series of vehicles and carried through the popular DF01 series (Tamiya Top Force / Manta Ray).
There are others out on Thingiverse, so I do not claim to be the first to put this out there. I personally would not run a 3D printed knuckle for racing as this area is going to see some stress, but if you would just like to bash it’s probably sufficient, but you’ll probably be printing this frequently.
Tap the pivot mounts with a M4 tap. You may need to file and/or adjust the bearing area dependent on the tolerances of your printer.
NOTE: I was requested to post this file – but I have not yet been able to confirm this version – so I still need to do that so please bear that in mind. It should be pretty close, but again, this is why I prefer to print and then post.
