I decide to printer a big Benchy (I used The jolly 3D printing torture-test by CreativeTools.se https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:763622) file.
Part way through I realised the printer would never span the top of the window and the roof.
So I manged to stick the bed cleaning spatula in under the first layer above the window which worked okay.
I then realised I couldn’t use this method for the roof. So I paused the print at the roof layer and put some folded cardboard in, and it worked like a treat. Cardboard just pulled out after print.
Sure I’m not the first to do this, but thought I’d share.
