Looking for some free tools to assist in designing a Sci Fi Star map of a galaxy – April 27, 2023 at 11:41AM

I am currently attempting to develop a fully fleshed out galaxy (labelled planets with their own design and fleshed out lore along with labelling major points of interest such as bases, asteroids and stars.) for the Sci Fi world in a book i am currently writing. I’ve been struggling with how I’m going to go about this and just got completely stuck. I’m looking to see if you guys are aware of any free tools that can help me go about such a task, (generators or designing websites?) especially since I cant use paper as my artistic skills are about as good as a toddler.

overall i’m just curious if you guys have some sites that can help with designing the map and collecting information about the stuff on the map?
