Galleia (Commissioned Full Colour Fantasy World Map) – March 9, 2023 at 05:38PM

Hey guild! I’ve just finished up this full colour map as a commission for a D&D campaign. I rarely work in full colour – as I’ve mentioned before, I’m colour blind and I find working in full colour suuuuper intimidating, but I’m really pleased with how this turned out (I think I should try colour more often, I usually surprise myself haha).

I created a few variations of this map, including versions with and without hex grids for in-game use, and even a post-cataclysmic-event version for later in the campaign (with a dreary, desaturated colour variation to match).

Drawn in Procreate on my iPad, then moved to photoshop for final rendering, lettering and texturing. 🤘
