Fly-over Map of Hiking Trail – February 23, 2023 at 02:16PM

AllTrails (a hiking app) has a feature where it shows a trail from an aerial view, then simulates progression along the trail. If possible I’d like to document an upcoming trip in the backcountry including this type of imagery. I know AllTrails uses MapBox. I have some limited JS experience. If I had a series of GPS coordinates (which I will have) is it straightforward to create such a thing? If so, could somewhere point me the right direction for documentation or example?
