Toggling issues with Map Story and layers on ArcGIS online – February 17, 2023 at 12:12AM

Hey’all,

so I’ve been going completely bunks for the last few (12+) hours trying to figure this out. I’m trying to simply create a map story on arc GIs online using different layers. I’m either trying to only put a map with a specific layer (in the likes of showcasing NDVI or urban index) or to do a swipe. But no matter what I try, only certain layers can be toggled on and off. I feel the issue might be really simple, but I’m a student who just started GIS about a month ago and this is an assignment. The teacher isn’t very helpful and rarely has answers to my questions, nor is he too tech savy.

Thanks so much for any help and sorry if this is a common question I could’ve searched for, I’ve been trying for hours but I feel some things that might be answers are too advanced for my level or I’m just unaware of the right terms.
