Ragnarok Map woes (XBox One Series S) – February 16, 2023 at 05:04AM

One of my friends has been playing this game for a good while on a multiplayer server that uses the Ragnarok map. I’ve not played the game personally (it’s actually still in the process of downloading but will be done by morning) but he invited myself and my spouse to join the server to help him get revenge (long story). We have a PC, but its graphics card is frankly a piece of junk, but we can’t afford to replace it due to the current price hike that particular part has been having lately, so we’re limited to our Xbox.

My friend says I should be able to locate the map on the Microsoft store and download it as a separate free DLC, but there’s no map DLCs listed for this game in the Microsoft store at all, only the season passes and some $0.89 skin packs. Any in-depth information I can find elsewhere online is pretty much exclusively for steam, which makes it entirely unhelpful to my issue. I found one single Youtube video from just after the maps were released in 2017 that showed how to use console commands to unlock it for singleplayer mode, but the creator did not elaborate (nor really attempt to mention) as to whether it would affect access for multiplayer.

Will Ragnarok already be part of the game once it’s completed the download since we’re getting it after the release? Do I need to accomplish something in singleplayer mode and/or use an admin command in order to gain access to a server that uses it? If it helps, we have the Game Pass and downloaded the Ultimate Edition.
