Publishing Map Services Dev, Stage, Prod in arcgis server – January 19, 2023 at 03:17PM

I’m working in a traditional software development environment with an environment for dev, stage, and prod. It is a huge PITA to maintain map documents for each environment pointed at their respective databases. The human element in this process is terrible.

Anyone have tips on automating the CICD process for moving map services from dev -> stage -> prod? With most software you can just point each environment at a different config file, but arcgis server gets to be special…
