Hi, I’ve googled all day about that and didn’t find anything good. Also I’m learning things and how to do.
Here we have a cloud service to store all the files need by the company. For accessing it, we use a mapping service from the cloud company itself. But when I tried to open files using LibreOffice, they don’t open at all. It doesn’t show any pop up, alert, just nothing. They open just fine in MS Office.
I can copy the file to local, edit and then put back on the storage. I instructed them to continue use that way in the meantime.
I search and tried to deactivate the lock file that LO create, because maybe the filesystem from the service it’s not accepting. It didn’t work.
Somebody know something I can try?
One config I’m using – Version: LO 7.3.6.2 x64 – SO: Windows 10 19044 21H2 – Service: GoDrive (ElephantDrive). I think it’s using WebDAV (if interesting)
