Could I make a contour map with geotagged photos? – December 7, 2022 at 01:27AM

I have about 300 geotagged GoPro photos taken on this one stretch Ometepe, Nicaragua which is an island shaped like 2 balls. I’m trying to think of a simple way to convey the changes in elevation along the road. There’s basically 1 main road going along the edge of the island, which all the pics were taken on.

I also have some geotagged footage taken along the road, and can export elevation data in a .xls from GoPro software.

Just wondering how I might be able to use these to visualize the steepness of roads. This is for a job but I am trying to just add more interesting info for them
