the success of rebirth and fortune’s keep were definitely noticed by activision, however it is likely that they will be removed from warzone 1 once wz2 releases. because of the success, activision could have a map catered to the aggressive player like rebirth. it is quite obvious that rebirth and f.k. are being removed to draw more players to wz2, however a lot are straight up quitting the game because of that. there’s definitely a chance that activision will add a new map similar to rebirth and f.k. to draw those players back in. if it doesn’t happen, the call of duty franchise may be doomed if the game after modern warfare 2 (mw3 maybe?) is not up to standards.
