Why the Hutt Homeworld is a Swampy Mess –

Nal Hutta is the homeworld of the Hutts, at least in canon. George Lucas envisioned it to be a massive swamp, as we’ve seen in The Clone Wars. But The High Republic books and comics are hinting that it may not have always been that way, and we’re starting to learn what kind of devastation led to its fall.
