I needed an adapter for my EV charger for an upcoming road trip. (NEMA 6-20p to 14-50R, for those that are curious.) I’m using 12/3 SJOOW for the wire, which is just over 10mm in diameter, but the strain relief on the 14-50 receptacle is designed for 25mm cable. 3D printing to the rescue. About 90 minutes of work in Fusion and just over 90 minutes of print time, and I have a new strain relief. Finished product.
