Can anyone tell me how their experience with Falshforge support has been?
This was purchased off of Amazon as a gift to me. I opened a case with support via the website and we think I need to the Y axis wire replaced. They directed me towards the distributor, which they state is Bresser GmbH and their website http://www.bresser.de which makes no mention of 3d printing at all. I emailed their info email address but haven’t had a response yet other than an auto generated ‘Thanks for contacting us’ email.
This just seems odd to me and highly frustrating. 7 days into my quest for support and I am no closer to getting my part.
I got the 3d printing bug, but now I am ready to toss this thing in the garbage.
