I’m looking to build a moderate gaming desktop on a decent budget, I know how to build a pc as in put the parts together install os through bios and whatnot. But have no clue what parts are good enough for what I need without overbuilding a system. I’m not going to be playing any of the games that take a ton of power. That being said I would like to be able to play some VR games.
BUDGET: Looking to keep it under a $1000 USD but can push to $1200 at max.
GAMES I PLAN TO PLAY: Kerbal space program, KSP2, Skyrim moded to hell, portal, half life, gta5, and maybe a few fps like battlefield 4 and R6 Siege.
VR GAMES: Half life alexa, swords and sorcery, and a few other dumb fun VR games that aren’t high graphics. Maybe some beat saber.
OTHER PC USES: 3d printing and designing, small photoshop use, 3d architectural plans
RGB: no I don’t need a night light
LOOKS AND STYLE: Matte black nonchalante
FEATURES: must have HDMI and bluetooth and a few USB 3 ports and maybe a type ç
I’m really getting this mostly for ksp and vr as I have a lenovo flex 14 that does most of what I need. But I want to maximize the parts usage on ksp so I’m not sure how that affects it. (I would assume GPU as it lowers my frame rate when I have more than 150 parts.)
That’s pretty much what I have to work with any help would be appreciated,
