My poor lil laptop cannot handle my hobbies. First PC for GIS, CAD, etc

Mostly arcGIS work and 3d modeling/printing/CAD programs. This will become my new home and work computer so excel, word processing, etc. Maybe some light photo and video editing and light gaming (no AAA games for me!)

Tower and OS, for sure. New monitor, keyboard, and mouse if the budget permits!

Something small and unobtrusive, maybe miniITX or microATX? white if possible for the components
