It is third version (working) of my X carrige for ZSYONG 3in1 hotend (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000292721460.html)
A printing volume is about 220x220x245 – hotend is about 5 mm higher above print table than original. Carriage is very light and potential capable to higher speed/acceleration on X axis.
I attached simple fan duct based on original Anet A6 concept, and clips for GT2 belt.
Required parts:
Anet A6 Printer modified with 3 bowden extruders (RAMPS based controller)
BIGTREETECH ZSYONG 3in1 hotend
Fan 5015
Microswitch
screw M3x10 2pcs
screw M3x6 3pcs
screw W1452 A2 4pcs (belt mount, for plastics)
LM8UU long 45mm 2pcs (or LM3UU short 24mm 4pcs)
some lubricant for LM8UU
wires,connectors etc
FreeCAD source file attached.
In project I used 3D models Zsyong, Fan 5015, GT2 belt, microswitch from https://grabcad.com/:

Remarks:
It is a space to small PCB with 4 SMD LEDs 2835 in series and 100 ohm resistor between fan and hotend radiator (12V powered).
Parts photos not mounted on rods is form first version.
I use belt clips to mount GT2 belt and screw clips.
