Would the desktop version of OB-6 auto-map to a full size MIDI keyboard? – January 4, 2021 at 12:34AM

Hi. I am looking to buy an OB-6. There is a desktop version which has no keyboard attached, and a version that has 49 keys.

If I were to use the desktop version and connect an 88 key keyboard, would it auto-map to the full keyboard or would only 49 keys be available at a time? I know I could change the octave manually but I would love to have more octaves in front of me if possible.
