I’ve added a few alignment holes to keep the pieces in place while the glue dries. They may also have structural benefit.
The holes are 1.75mm in diameter and 5mm in length. You can use ~1.75mm filament for the pins.
I used Tinkercad for this, as I’m still learning 3D modeling. Also, this my first public remix.
My Cura settings:
- Print scale: 130%
- Layer Height: 0.12
- No build plate adhesion
- Speed: 50
- Initial Layer Speed: 5
- Fan speed: 70
- Printing temperature: 205
- Filter Out Tiny Gaps: True
Printer: Ender 3 V2
