This is a slight modification of the Quick fit carriage system designed by lukie80. It is an incredibly practical and effective design. I’ve made small changes to suit a Sintron i3 Prusa clone. There is a modified Sintron i3 X-End Idler which recovers the full printing width with the wider carriage in the quick fit system.
I have a 20W laser module and a MK8 Extruder with parts cooler. Switching from 3D printer to Laser takes seconds.
