A while ago i removed my psu and lcd screen from the ikea enclosure, to be able to adjust settings while printing, and still maintain the best possible temperature without airflow.
Now i did an update to the bigtreetech tft35 E3 V3.0 (and the skr mini e3 v2.0).
Because the skr mini is now located on the back of my printer, i can’t acces it easily anymore.
So i made this enclosure to be able to acces the various usb and sd slots without opening the enclosure.
The skr mini has a mini usb port, as well as a micro sd-card slot.
The tft35 has a normal usb port, as well as a normal sd-card slot.
You will need the following parts:
As everyone has a different place of mounting their parts, i will give examples of what you need. The cable-lengths are for yourself to figure out.

As long as the mounting dimensions are the same, you can use any ofcourse. 30x22mm

Hole diameter of 22, choose what you want.

Hole distance 28mm, again choose what you like.

Watch out that you order 2 different ones! This one has a micro-sd to micro-sd adapter.

You need the ones with outer diameter 4.2mm and length of 4mm.
6x m3x6
6x m3 inserts
2x philips screws (should be in the package along with the mini usb mount).
4x philips screws to mount to the table.
The sd card extender for the tft can be very short (about 15cm). Same for the usb.
The sd card extender for the skr mini, in my case, had to be extended twice. About 70cm in total.
I first assembled all the components in the housing, and then mounted it to my enclosure. That is a little tricky to do, but once it fits, you won’t need to remove it anymore right?
The enclosure is printed with 0.2mm layer, 30 infill, and no supports.
The sd housing is printed with the front side down, and needs support for the 2 mounting brackets.
It’s nothing fancy, just easier to work with i guess.
