Chess Set ( Board / Pieces / Box )

[ Design Concept]

• The chess pieces design was inspired by the following references: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4181010
• All modeling, including detail and size, was built from scratch.
• It is designed to be assemblyable and can be printed in 200×200 sizes.
• It is recommended to use glue if the assembly is not tight.
• It can be made in two or three colors.

[ Tools and Materials ]

• Modeling with Rhino 3D
• Slicing with Simplify 3D
• Printing with Plus 200
• Using PLA in 3DMaterials, Black, White Marble, Gray

[ Setting ]

• All parts are based on a 0.3 mm offset for assembly
• No Raft, No Support, Use Skirt or Brim
• Infill 10~20%
• Layer Height : Pieces 0.1 mm, Others 0.2 mm
