Google Maps API expert update

I am developing software that uses Google Maps API. I need to return the streetview of a location. The problem I am running into is the camera is looking in the wrong direction, or may be just a bit off the correct location… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Geographical Information System (GIS), Google App Engine, Google Maps API, JavaScript)
