Anyways. Everything you need to complete the project is included except a receiver. Got a big box full of stuff for it. Servos, air retracts and air brakes (they’re setup and working), scale cockpit set, motor, esc. There’s over $3500 in parts alone, not to mention the ridiculous amount of time spent to get it to this point. Lots of fiberglass work done, 3D printing custom parts to mount the motor, etc. Even have a book of f18 pics to make sure it’s done to scale.
What does it need to finish?
All it needs is a nice glossy paint finish, the scale stickers (included) put on, maybe setup the scale cockpit (also included), center of gravity figured out. Tie up wires and such inside. It’s close.
Just too much going on, can’t finish it.
I wish I could figure out a way to ship this but that’s not gonna happen. I am willing to travel a few hrs if needed to meet for a serious buyer.
PS – this is my brother’s plane that he has asked me to finish/sell. I choose sell. He was fairly active in the build thread on this site. His username is dennisjm, you can search him on the thread and find more pics and info. He did a good job getting it to this point. Here’s a link to that thread.
