This is not for the original 40mm fan of the Ender 3, but for a replacement with a bit wider hub. Check the dimensions before printing!

I busted the original ender 3 fan blades with my tool (and I used DanielMitchel’s design to fix it) but then I replaced it with a much quieter chinese fan:

This is a sleeve with the fan blades that’s supposed to fit 40mm cooling fans with a wider center diameter. Please refer to the dimensions in one of the images to see if it fits your fan.
You’re supposed to cut the original remaining blades and slide this sleeve into the old blades hub. Please refer to Daniel’s design for pictures.
The original by Daniel has a cap, this one does not since it’s not really necessary and it only prevents you from getting the sleeve all the way down
