The tailgate bushings in my Ford F150 finally wore out to the point it was hard to close the tailgate… You know what that means! Yep – Time to fix it with 3D printing!
I modeled this set off my worn out parts and eyeballed a few things that I couldn’t measure. I printed them in Zyltech PETG and I’m happy with how they fit my truck.
The model files are included if you want to modify them to better fit your vehicle. Should fit anything that the Dorman 38641 kit fits (Amazon affiliate link to the Dorman part https://amzn.to/3gvbyrj for more info)
