Lots of times after printing you need to sand and clean the parts. This is especially important for the operational air engines. Over the time I found that the hardest part is sanding inside cylinders, especially for the small engines. Here is the collection of various sanding blocks I use for different engines. All of them are printed without supports. Note that you need to add sandpaper cut to the size for the tools. I usually print two of each and load one with 159 grit and the other 400 grit sandpaper.
Note that for holding sandpaper between two halvs you will need one or two m3 screws. Those screws are available in https://amzn.to/3iSLCHD hardware kit from amazon.
