This is for PLA optimization only:
I run 15 printers, 90% are LK4(same as Alfawise U30) printers. After hundreds of hours of printing, I found that 0.9 extrusion gives better result. Print the visual cube and test your extrusion rate. If your extrusion rate is ok, the cube’s corners should be perfect.
We found different filaments have different properties, your slicer has to config to the correct filament type to get good prints. Read following and get our configured gcodes to adjust value of extrusion and temperature for your filament.

Note: This gcode is already configured to change temperature during printing, so you don’t have to change anything. You should watch the overhang bridge quality and the tip detail. Even if the lower temperature bridges look good you still should go with the higher temperature ones, since temperature also affects bed sickness, especially the 1st layer. Go with the one that is 5 degrees hotter.
