HERE BE DRAGONS. YOU ARE PUTTING YOURSELF AT RISK BY 3D PRINTING A CRITICAL COMPONENT LIKE THIS.
Enjoy~
Intended for Evolve GT/GTX trucks and motors, and Caguama / Kegel / Boosted Board wheels.
Updated with more beef in the hub, stubbier pegs for less chance of breakage.
Requires HTD 5m 240 belts.
*will work with standard 250 belts, but it will slip
Uses the same 6900z bearing the stock pulleys use.
Speeds w/ 15t motor:
83mm wheels ~ 22.8mph
85mm wheels ~ 23.3mph
97mm wheels ~ 26.6mph
107mm wheels ~ 29.4mph
Use PETG or something stronger. TEST HEAVILY BEFORE USING ON HILLS.
I used a 0.20mm layer height, I was having issues with the peg strength with thicker layers. Test them by pressing against them with your thumb, if they snap, you will need to try something else.
I have been able to use full brakes / throttle without any skipping, vibration, or breakage.
I am going to try annealed nylon prints, as I am having delimitation with the PETG.
